Postage/Shipping Charges :

Shipping charges will be added at checkout. It will be flat rate shipping charges which will vary according to the country to which the goods are to be sent. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide, and are usually fulfilled within a few days. Payment is taken when goods are despatched. If there is a delay for any reason, I will contact you by e-mail.

Postage cost is calculated upon checkout, and the price varies depending on weight and destination.

Due to size restrictions, a larger order may work out to be more economical, sent in two packages - but this will be communicated.

I am trying to make the shipping costs as simple and as fair as possible, but the rates may be subject to change in time as prices inevitably fluctuate.

If you find that the shipping rate applied seems too much to be fair, please contact me, either before you press the to pay button or send me a note after, to highlight your concerns. I will check out the ‘actual” postage for items (or item) and will refund you appropriately if applicable. With new systems it always takes a while to get it as right as possible.

Methods of Payment :

The checkout has both PayPal and Stripe facilities.(Stripe, being the use of credit and debit cards)

The easiest way for all, especially overseas customers, is to use PayPal. Payments are very easy to make , and currency conversion is conveyed clearly as you make the payment. Returns via the PayPal system are also managed with care and good communication in my experience. Threads of Iona can only accept £ sterling payments.

Payments can also be made via the Stripe system. This is perhaps the more familiar way of paying with credit and debit cards.

Security and Privacy Policy:

The website uses SSL technology. Your information is safe and encrypted so that it can not be read by any third party. Your browser will show a locked padlock icon or an image key in the bar at the base of your screen.

I will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whilst using these services.

Your personal data will not be passed on to any other party in any circumstances.

Products :

Every effort has been made to obtain a true likeness to the colours of the products, in the photographs., but occasionally the colours may vary a little.

Returns :

I want you to enjoy the items that you have purchased, but if for any reason you want to return an item , I am happy to refund you. You will, however have to pay the return postage costs. If you do wish to return an item, please notify me within 7 days of delivery, and return within 20 days. All returned items must be in new, unused condition.
